Normal wear, impact damage, string breakage, and consumable items are not covered.

Manufacturer Warranty

Most products sold by Van Badminton are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms, coverage, and duration vary by brand and product type.

We will assist customers in initiating warranty claims when applicable, in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.

What Is Covered

Warranty coverage typically applies to:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material flaws under normal use

  • Structural defects not caused by impact, misuse, or modification

Coverage is limited to issues confirmed by the manufacturer after inspection.

What Is Not Covered

Due to the performance-based nature of badminton equipment, the following are not covered under warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper handling

  • Collisions (including racket-to-racket or racket-to-floor impact)

  • String breakage or damage caused by stringing tension

  • Modifications, customization, or third-party services

  • Shuttlecocks, grips, strings, and accessories

Feather shuttlecocks are consumable items and are not eligible for warranty claims.

Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty assistance, please contact us at support@vanbadminton.com with the following information:

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • Product name and brand

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • A brief description of how the issue occurred

Claims must be submitted within the warranty period specified by the manufacturer.

Inspection & Resolution

  • All warranty claims are subject to manufacturer review and approval

  • Processing times may vary depending on the brand

  • Approved claims may result in a repair, replacement, or store credit, as determined by the manufacturer

Van Badminton does not guarantee outcomes of manufacturer warranty decisions.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
