Care & Service Policy
  • We inspect rackets before stringing. Frames with existing cracks may be declined.
  • Very high tensions increase risk—customers accept responsibility for high-tension requests.
  • Rackets must be picked up/returned in a timely manner once completed.

Is my racket ready to play after stringing?

Yes. All rackets are returned in play-ready condition, with clean finishing and proper tensioning.
Can you do same-day stringing?

Same-day service may be available depending on workload and timing. If you need a rush job, please select the rush add-on (if available) or contact us before placing your order.
Do you provide the string?

Yes. We offer a curated selection of badminton strings covering control, power, and durability. If you prefer to use your own string, a “Bring Your Own String” option may be available.
What if my racket breaks?

All rackets are inspected before stringing. Van Badminton is not responsible for damage due to pre-existing frame issues or extreme tension requests.
