Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are:

Unused and uninstalled

In original condition

In original packaging with all tags intact
Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage beyond inspection cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of badminton equipment, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Shuttlecocks (feather or synthetic), once opened

Stringed rackets or customized items

Grip tape, strings, and accessories

Sale / clearance items

Exchanges
If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will gladly arrange an exchange or replacement.
